Island Vybz Fusion Grill, a new independent Caribbean restaurant, is soon coming to Orlando. The establishment will occupy a standalone building at 2601 S Orange Blossom Trail.
Local readers may recognize owner Yvonne Guthrie as the owner of local food truck Fresh Flavor Fusion, another Caribbean operation that specializes in dishes such as Jerk Chicken, Griot, Curry Chicken and other classic dishes of the region.
While Island Vybez is certain to expand on the culinary vision set forth in Fresh Flavor Fusion, it is not clear in which ways. What Now Orlando reached out to owner and chef Yvonne Lewis, but was not immediately able to reach her.
No opening date has yet been set.
