Florencio Rodriguez of Pisco’s Peruvian is reportedly planning to open a high-end steak house in Lake Nona soon, though few details have been made publicly available. Mr. Rodriguez was not immediately available to articulate the concept.

Indeed, Rodriguez and his ventures have taken a leap as his restaurant group had the grand opening of its new corporate office, “Don Julio Corporate Office,” in Orlando earlier this year.

“Led by Founder and President Florencio Rodríguez, the company aims to elevate its operations and service excellence across its seven locations in the region,” a recent press release states.

“The newly inaugurated office will serve as the nerve center for staff recruitment, content development, and training initiatives aimed at enhancing both menu offerings and service quality. This move underscores the company’s commitment to growth and innovation in the competitive restaurant industry.”

“A standout feature of the new corporate space is the “Doña Pepa Secret Spot,” a dedicated area where skilled chefs showcase their creativity by crafting unique family recipes for food and drinks. Strategically situated adjacent to the Don Julio Mexican Kitchen & Tequila Bar in Chickasaw, the office boasts modern amenities, including a meeting room and administrative offices, from where the company’s ambitious expansion plans will be executed.”
