SRS’ Investment Properties Group marketed and brokered the sale of Kissimmee Korners, an 83,340-square-foot neighborhood center anchored by Cano Health on October 21, 2021, for $14.25 million. The multi-building center has a diverse tenant mix such as Kissimmee Produce Market, T-Mobile, Florida Optical, Rent-A-Center, and more. Kissimmee Korners is situated on 6.51 acres of land at a high-traffic signalized intersection of two of Kissimmee’s busiest thoroughfares, which accommodates a combined traffic count of 88,000 vehicles per day. Additionally, Kissimmee Korners’ strategic location in the heart of Kissimmee is within the Orlando MSA, a rapidly growing market which continues to be at the top of the list for retail investors.

“Kissimmee Korners is a solid property in a dense and fast-growing Orlando submarket. There was an abundant amount of interest very quickly, and we were able to find a buyer and close in only 60 days,” said Kevin Yaryan, senior vice president of SRS’ Investment Properties Group in a press release. “The tremendous activity and interest we had from private investors is a testament to the elevated appetite we continue to see for Florida Shopping Centers.”
