“Kissimmee Korners is a solid property in a dense and fast-growing Orlando submarket. There was an abundant amount of interest very quickly, and we were able to find a buyer and close in only 60 days,” said Kevin Yaryan, senior vice president of SRS’ Investment Properties Group in a press release. “The tremendous activity and interest we had from private investors is a testament to the elevated appetite we continue to see for Florida Shopping Centers.”
