Wanda and Jose Bermudez opened a Jeremiah’s Italian Ice in Boyton Beach earlier this month. There the family-owned location of the franchise helps you “live life to the coolest” by serving over 40 different flavors of handmade Italian Ice. Whether you like bright and tangy or sweet and indulgent, the shaved ice shop is sure to have something to offer. And the best news has nothing to do with the flavors.

The wife-and-husband team will add two additional stores to the Florida market once everything is squared away in Boynton. According to Restaurant News, the pair will open a store in Wellington and a store in Lake Worth in the near future. Exact dates and locations remain mysterious, but at least the Italian ice is upfront.

Jeremiah’s Italian Ice has had the scoop since 1996, when Jeremy Litwack got the idea to start the company in Florida’s own Winter Park. The company began franchising in 2019, and today the brand has spread outside of Florida with over 50 stores across the US.

We hear the ultimate Jeremiah experience comes in the form of the eatery’s gelati, or frozen treats of layered ice and rich, creamy ice cream. So that’s something you’ll have to try. Find Jeremiah’s on social media to catch a glimpse.
