According to recent public records, Botta Pizzeria & Bakery, a new independent establishment, is coming to 1005 Viera Blvd in Rockledge.
“Big news, Viera!,” a recent Instagram post states.
“A new Italian spot is coming to Addison Square Plaza this January! Thanks to Enrico Botta and W+J Construction, you can expect stone-baked pizzas, Italian desserts, specialty sandwiches, and more. Stay tuned for updates!”
The restaurant will serve artisan pizza, fresh baked bread, small plated foods, specialty sandwiches, desserts, imported wine, meats and cheeses.
No opening date has been announced.
