Owner Lola Liu tells What Now Orlando she’s excited to begin the process of opening the first Florida Hi Tea. The shop will serve fresh Boba and Fruit Teas, Coffees, plus a variety of pastries and desserts.

The Hi Tea brand originated in Singapore in 2017, creating innovative new recipes and using modern brewing techniques.

Liu has successfully opened Hi Tea in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. As a resident of Orlando, she hopes to build a new base in Florida for the Hi Tea brand to continue to grow.

Liu expects to complete the Hi Tea project by May 2022. What Now Orlando will update as soon as Hi Tea is up and running on social media.
