The new location is planned to appear at 12200 Menta St, where it will near other businesses like: HandRoll Sushi, Sushitime and Exclusive Beauty Supplies.

According to Atalla, the unit has just completed construction and is waiting on final permits and licenses to open the doors. A firm opening date has not been set, but Atalla said that he would like to open on July 4 if possible.

Founded by Hussein Abukhdeir, who was stationed by the Air Force in Colorado Springs, CO, set out to serve authentic Mediterranean food when he realized a great need for the cuisine in his community. Since then, the brand has grown to four locations, with more on the way. We can expect the newest Orlando unit to adhere to the concept present in the other four locations, according to Atalla.
