According to Rahme, the location should already be open; they’ve completed inspections and licensing, but their new equipment has malfunctioned and is being replaced. This delays their projected opening to April.
The company is in the process of establishing another location in the Orlando area, but a specific address is still unknown. According to Rahme, they are in lease negotiations and will be announcing more information once it becomes available. Rahme hopes to have this location open by the end of the year or in early 2023.
The first location opened in 2017 at UCF, and then they established a second unit in Lake Mary.
The two forthcoming locations will double their presence. Rahme commented to What Now about their expansion plan: “We’d like to open up more, but as far as everything goes right now, we’re taking it a little bit slow.”
Rahme shared the process of creating their desserts, highlighting what makes them unique: “We make ice cream from liquid nitrogen, and every single ice cream is made from scratch in front of your eyes, so there’s nothing stored in the back or processed like traditional ice cream.”
