As an official licensee of the Ford Motor Company, the restaurant’s décor recalls a 1920s service station and is packed with memorabilia – vintage vehicles, fixtures, gas pumps and even a Model A car suspended above the center bar. Continuing the service station theme, Ford’s Garage features servers dressed in mechanic shirts, the napkins are blue shop towels, and the door handles are made from fuel pump nozzles. Even the bar inside the restaurant is decidedly vintage, mixing Prohibition-style elements like brick, richly colored woods and a copper bar top that’s hammered by hand.

“We’re very excited to bring this community a fresh new concept that thrives on vibe,” said Marc Brown, president of 23 Restaurant Services and franchise owner of the new Oviedo Ford’s Garage in a statement. “Oviedo is known as a friendly community where people love to come together for fun times and friendship, and I know they’ll get their fill at Ford’s Garage.”

Burgers are made with 100% certified Black Angus beef or are available in a vegetarian option. They are served with all-natural aged cheeses, fresh toppings and flavorful sauces on artisan buns branded with the Ford’s Garage logo.

The selection of burgers include the unique Burgers of Fame, named after influential individuals and organizations in the community. Locals will recognize several names behind the Burgers of Fame menu, including Mayor of Oviedo Megan Sladek (The Model “A”); Fire Chief Michael Woodward (The Black-N-Bleu) and former Jacksonville Jaguars Quarterback Blake Bortles (The High-Octane), among others.

The restaurant also specializes in American comfort food like homemade meatloaf, chicken wings and tenders, onion rings and macaroni & cheese. Lighter fare such as fresh salads, grilled chicken and various seafood options are also available.

Beer-lovers can top off their meal with a choice of more than 100 types of beer, including over 30 drafts on tap, with an emphasis on local breweries. The restaurant also serves wine, cocktails and non-alcoholic options.

The new Oviedo location is open Monday-Thursday 11 a.m.-10 p.m., Friday-Saturday 11 a.m.-11 p.m. and Sunday 10:30 a.m.-10 p.m. The restaurant offers dine-in and takeout service. Guests can enjoy free WiFi in the dining room.
