The 1282 N. Orange Ave. location will see a major expansion. The unit currently is 3,800 square feet, and when it debuts, it will be about 10,000. The extra legroom will be provided by Foxtail’s takeover of the old The Bear & Peacock Brewer space.

Expect to find the extra square footage utilized by two other local vendors in the area: Kelly’s Homemade Ice Cream, food offerings from Swine & Sons, and cocktails from The Courtesy. Kelly’s is no stranger to collaborations with the brand, and currently serves her desserts from a stand in Foxtail’s Milkhouse Orlando outpost, along with several others.

The space will be dubbed the Winter Park Social House once opened in August, the report said.

The company, which began as a boutique coffee house, has seen explosive growth and expansion throughout central Florida and Georgia.
