The new Pasquale’s Pizzeria will be about half the size of the old one, according to Domeracki. They will have a heavier emphasis on take-out orders, but will still have a dining room with a few tables. In a phone interview with What Now, Domeracki said, “it’s a scaled down restaurant from what we had.”

The new unit will be about 10-15 minutes away from the old one. Domeracki owned the former Pasquale’s for 17 years before selling.

Domeracki didn’t have an opening date to share, but she commented on the pizzeria’s progress: “I wish we were open. We are in the permitting stages…” As far as construction, which will follow the permitting, she said: “it shouldn’t be a long build-out.”

The menu will feature fresh ingredients and fresh dough. Domeracki stated that they will have a scratch kitchen, and make as many ingredients as they can in-house.

A recent plan review filing with the state was approved with provisions on January 20th.
