If you’re a fan of Top Chef, you’ve probably seen a season or two of Fabio Viviani. The celebrity chef won ‘fan favorite’ for his stint on the show. He also owns and operates Fabio Viviani Restaurant Group, the group behind a host of restaurant brands from Bar Verona to Penn Drafthouse to Siena Tavern. Viviani’s new American restaurant, Chuck Lager America’s Tavern, opened a location in the Tampa Bay area last year, and in the last week, has announced two additional locations.

According to Tampa Bay Business Journal, the restaurant signed a lease for a 5,257 square-foot stand-alone building on Tampa Road in Oldsmar. The space, most recently occupied by Applebee’s, is adjacent to Residence Inn by Marriott Tampa Oldsmar, as well as Beachwood Seafood Kitchen & Bar.

The same article notes that just last week, Westshore Marina District, the master-planned community situated along 1.5 scenic miles of waterfront, closed on a deal with Chuck Lager America’s Tavern. The eatery will anchor the community’s retail village.

Chuck Lager American’s Tavern specializes in burgers, sandwiches, and flatbreads, with the occasional pasta and entrée. Opening dates have yet to be announced for the two new locations, so in the meantime you’ll want to head on over to Wesley Chapel to get your fix.
