Proprietor Dawn Williams of Exp Realty is promoting the project and managing leasing. The group is carefully selecting their on-site vendors for retail and food services to match their vision for the project.

According to their Website, they promise a bakeshop, specialty cakes, and New Orleans cuisine. Eustis Market is currently seeking vendors to fill specific needs like a craft brewery and a seller of fresh produce, and flowers.

The vendors themselves have yet to be revealed and a grand opening date has not been announced. Follow Eustis Market on Facebook for updates as they become available.
