The coffee shop is located at 2390 E Burleigh Blvd, across the street from numerous other chains like Applebee’s Grill + Bar, Kiki Hibachi Sushi and Gator’s Dockside. This particular franchise is owned by HZ Coffee Group, LLC. Based out of Sugarland, Texas, the company is led by Amin Dhanani.

Details about when the renovation is planned to start are unknown. What Now spoke to an assistant manager on Monday who could only confirm that it is planned for “sometime this year.” In the past few years, the Dunkin’ Donuts brand has rolled out the Next Generation Store concept. The new look includes a drive-thru lane exclusively for mobile orders, fully integrated digital kiosks and much more that you can read about here. However, it is unconfirmed if this is the renovation planned for this particular location. What Now reached out to Dhanani, but we have yet to hear back.

On May 10, Dhanani filed a plan review with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation that was approved with provisions.
