DSH Hotel Advisors represented the seller QDI 1 LLC, and an outside brokerage firm represented the buyer HKB Investment Group.
The sale represents another hotel transaction that DSH Hotel Advisors facilitated – adding to their track record of transactions throughout the Florida markets.
