In addition to the influx of Disney employees, Del Taco, the California-based chain with two previous Orlando-locations, is expected join the Lake Nona community. Orlando Weekly shares the company has not yet reached a deal with the City of Orlando, but Del Taco is slated to open in an over 2,000 square-foot restaurant at 12211 Narcoossee Road.

Del Taco is a taco joint that serves up the good stuff like stuffed quesadilla tacos, breakfast burritos, house-made guac, and you can’t forget the company’s signature “crunchtadas.” In case you hadn’t heard, the crunchtada is “thick, wavy, crunchy” corn shell topped with things like slow-cooked beans, freshly grilled chicken, freshly grated cheddar cheese, and more of that house-made guacamole. If, for whatever reason, you’re not in the mood for such munchies, Del Taco has a menu of burgers and bowls as well.

On Narcoossee Road, Del Taco Lake Nona will join the likes of Pollo Tropical, Culver’s, and Panda Express. An opening date has not been announced. In the meantime, find Del Taco on Instagram to catch a glimpse of all the eatery has to offer.
