“What is great about the brand is that everything is made fresh in house,” franchisee David Caruso tells What Now Orlando. “Part of the brand’s identity is that we put the pasta machine front and center, in front of the customer.”
When asked about his involvement with the brand, Mr. Caruso says “We heard about the brand in Italy, flew over to Venice and talked to Mr DalMoro about starting a U.S. market for them.”
“We opened our first location in St Pete, then in Tampa, and Sarasota. We’re looking to two upcoming S Fl locations and our sixth being this one in Orlando.”
And what about Caruso’s personal favorite offering?
“My favorite is the amatriciana, made with a fatty Italian bacon, with tomato sauce. But also our fresh pesto is really tasty as well.”
Finally, when asked about the opening date, Mr. Caruso says, “We do not yet have opening date, but we’re projecting a fall 2023 opening.”
