Chicken Salad Chick, a “chain outlet specializing in many different types of chicken salads” will continue its expansion into coastal Florida with a new Melbourne outpost at 1301 S Babcock St.
On the menu — in addition to more than ten chicken salad options, categorized as traditional, spicy, savory, and fruity & nutty — are variations of pimento cheese, fruit and vegetable salads, soups, and sandwiches.
The location will be run by Brevard Chicks, LLC, a local franchisee headed by Allison Gibson.
No opening date has been announced.
