The first location specializes in Caribbean-inspired cuisine and serves breakfast, with dishes like Caribbean omelettes, tilapia and grits, and banana with salt fish.

Lunch and dinner offerings include salads with fish, shrimp or chicken options, as well as signature dishes like Jamaican brown stew, jerk chicken, and Tasso goat or cabrit.

A seafood menu features Shrimp ala Vodka, steamed tilapia and rice, and fried snapper. Any main course can be paired with red beans and rice or fried plantains, along with many other side dishes.

In addition to restaurant service, the Tamarac location also has a full-service events space to host weddings, showers and other large gatherings, with on-site catering. At 1,870 square-feet of space, there is no word yet on whether the Orlando location will follow suit or when it is expected to open.
