Bricks and Bowls, the popular food court establishment at Mall at Millennia, will soon open a Winter Park location at 331 S Park Ave, within Unit B, according to recent public records. The establishment will be near eateries such as BurgerFi and Ethos Vegan Kitchen.
“We will be doing pretty much the same menu we have at the mall,” owner John Nartowicz tells What Now Orlando. “Primarily, chef-crafted bowls and focaccia sandwiches. We also have these cookies that we’re famous for — our belgian chocolate salted caramel cookies.”
“It’s only going to be outdoor and courtyard seating, along with the quick service counter,” says Nartowicz, when asked about the space.
And when can eager readers anticipate to find new chef-crafted bowls in Winter Park?
“We just filed for permitting for construction, so we’re waiting to hear back from the City of Winter Park. I’m guessing we’ll open in August or September.”
