The Charlotte, North Carolina-based chicken chain Bojangles will soon open a location in Melbourne, according to recent public records. The restaurant will be found off North Wickham Road at an undisclosed location.
Specializing in southern-style fried chicken dishes, Bojangles serves items such as chicken sandwiches, chicken biscuits, salads, and a variety of sides such as macaroni and cheese, coleslaw, beans, and french fries.
This Bojangles appears to be corporate-run as it is logged in Florida public records under Bojangles OpCo LLC, the company’s legal name.
No opening date has been announced.
