New Tex-Mex concept Big Taco will be opening its newest location after its Casselberry debut, according to recent intel.
“I am reaching out to let you know Brian Wheeler, the founder of Tijuana Flats and Tibbys New Orleans Kitchen is opening his new concept, Big Taco, Oviedo,” a representative for the comment recently told What Now Orlando.
“For this venture, Brian has teamed up with his sons Gavin and Jake. They are slated to open in Q2 2025 at Oviedo Town Center.”
The menu for the concept includes “tacos, tostada salad and special dishes like a chili-smothered burrito and chimichangas.”
No opening date has been announced.
