According to a plan review filed with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, the concept will appear at 765 N Wickham Road. Nguyen’s second location will near other eateries: Pho Cali, Jimmy John’s and Twin Oaks Bar.

What Now on Thursday held a brief interview with Nguyen, who confirmed that the restaurant is in the permitting stage of pre-opening. He is planning to open the doors in September. He does not have an exact grand opening date selected yet.

According to the website, the most popular dish they serve is Pho, the Vietnamese rice noodle soup. In addition to Pho, guests can order Banh Mi sandwiches, which have their origins in the French influence of traditional Vietnamese cuisine, among other dishes. The concept also serves specialty teas and other beverages.
