A brunch restaurant called Bacon Bitch will be opening a location at a former Applebee’s Bar + Grill at 12103 Collegiate Way. The restaurant will be conveniently located near the campus of University of Central Florida for hungry college students to enjoy.
Bacon Bitch’s official website states that “Since 2017, Bacon Bitch has been serving classic American breakfast and brunch inspired by our love for bacon. Our innovative menu and one of a kind dining experience dismisses the notion that breakfast has to be boring.”
Bacon Bitch’s menu options are made up of the Main Bitches, Naked Bitches, Side Bitches and Extra Bitches. Some of the Main Bitches include breakfast sandwich options like the OG, the Juicy, the Brooklyn and the Club.
The OG has Applewood Smoked Bacon, Fried Eggs, Melted Cheddar Cheese Stuffed Hash Brown and Maple Syrup. The Club has Applewood Smoked Bacon, Smoked Turkey, Swiss Cheese, Roasted Red Pepper Spread & Pesto, Lettuce and Sliced Tomato.
Some of the Naked Bitch options include Chicken & Waffles, Steak & Eggs and the Thick, which has Applewood Smoked Bacon, Smoked Honey Ham, Andouille Sausage, Scrambled Eggs and Melted Cheddar Cheese Stuffed Hash Brown. The restaurant offers a dish called the Vegan, which includes Impossible Beef, Sautéed Cabbage, Spiced Peppers & Onions and Crispy Potatoes.
A healthier breakfast option is called the Fit, which is a Egg White Omelette Stuffed with Tomato, Spinach and Grilled Pepper & Onions. Some of the Side Bitches are the Fluffy pancakes, the Crispy melted cheddar cheese stuffed hash brown, the French inside out Nutella stuffed French toast and the Flaky French baked croissant.
The brunch restaurant also has an extensive drink menu, with options like the Hangover Bitch and the Drunk Bitch. The Hangover Bitch has Vodka, Bloody Bitch Mix, Cheddar Cheese Stuffed Hash Brown Topped With A Fried Egg, Some Slices Of Niman Ranch Bacon and Olives & Lemon Slice.
What Now Orlando reached out to Bacon Bitch for more details about the opening but did not hear back. According to their site and social media pages, this location will have their grand opening on August 26, 2022. Bacon Bitch has three locations open for business at Miami Beach, Bayside Market in Miami and St. Petersburg. There is a fifth Bacon Bitch location that will open at West Palm Beach on an undisclosed date.
