Bloomin’ Brands, which also owns Outback Steakhouse, opened the first Aussie Grill in 2019 in Saudi Arabia, followed by a location in Hong Kong, and later, the U.S. The brand is the company’s answer to fast-casual dining, inspired by the Outback Steakhouse flavors fans have come to love.

Serving burgers, chicken sandwiches, po’boys, large plates, salads, Cajun shrimp and more, the company prides itself on its scratch-made dishes and quality ingredients.

The Volcano Burger includes a beef burger, crispy shrimp, cheddar cheese, house-made pickles, lettuce, and tomato, dressed with creamy Cajun sauce and aioli. Bloomin’ Onion devotees can order a side of Aussie petals–crispy, spicy onion petals served with Aussie sauce.

House-made lemonades and ice tea, as well as beer and seltzer options at some locations, round out the menu, along with kids’ meals and dessert.

The company is not disclosing specific locations at this time while permits are still being issued. However, potential locations include Orlando, Daytona, Melbourne, and surrounding areas. Aussie Grill President Suk Singh was unavailable for comment.
