And what better way to ring in the new year than dining on egg rolls, udon, fried rice, and sushi? Asian Fusion will be just like it sounds—an eatery interested in sampling cooking techniques, flavors, and cuisines from across the Asian continent. Chau told Vero News the eatery will have a little something for everyone.

Asian Fusion is slated to open at 4807 Highway A1A. Pelican Plaza is home to retail shops and two floors of office suites, with merchants like Vinz Wining & Dining, Deb’s Flowers for You, and IG Pizza already open in the buildings that feature Minzer-type architecture with stucco moldings.

It looks like the eatery is sans a website for now, so you’ll just have to keep an eye out when you’re passing by Pelican Plaza—we know you will.
