Pham and his team are still early in the process of opening this location. Construction has not yet begun. However, Pham expects to have the doors open in three to four months. On the brand’s website, the location is denoted with “coming soon.”

Other eateries will neighbor the new restaurant: Planet Smoothie, Little Greek Fresh Grill and Steak and Shake.

The concept began in Orlando in 2019. It now has grown a national presence from California to Florida. It was inspired by French culinary traditions during the French presence in Vietnam. According to the website, a unique sandwich was born from the blending of the baguette and Vietnamese food. This contributed to a new culinary tradition referred to as “bánh mì.”

In a phone interview, Pham shared that the forthcoming location will “be different” from the usual concept. However, he said that they were too early in the planning phase to share details.
