Founded in Pembroke Pines in South Florida, tequila bar and Mexican kitchen Agave Bandido will soon open its first location in the central Florida area. The restaurant will be located at 5375 Hamlin Groves Tr. in Winter Garden.
“The menu will be the same as in existing locations,” founder Mathew Baum tells What Now Orlando.
“I really like the Winter Garden area—very much a growing area. Very diverse set of people, many families. We also belive that Orlando is a great area for the Agave Bandido brand. What we’re bringing is over-the-top South Florida fun and decor.”
In addition to the massive range of agave-based spirits, Agave Bandido’s menu features Entradas like veggie or chicken Enchiladas, Mango Lime Mahi Mahi, and Pulp Bandido (fire-roasted octopus served over potatoes). Tacos come with proteins like Pork Belly, Al Pastor, Barbacoa, Fish, and Birria.
Baum informs WNO that the restaurant will be open sometime in April 2025.
