The district manager, Eric Schlegel, confirmed in a phone interview that the restaurant will open in a new strip development. Most of the construction inside has concluded, and they are focusing on readying the outside. The strip will host two other businesses, and it will be across the street from the popular Reunion Resort.

The restaurant, which hopes to open next month, will maintain daily hours of 7 A.M. – 2:30 P.M. Lunch and breakfast will be served with extensive menu offerings, known for their fresh ingredients.

Schlegel works directly for the franchise owner of this location, and he shared the owner’s intention for continued expansion. He currently owns five locations and hopes to add several more to his portfolio. They are eying the end of the year for opening the next unit, according to Schlegel. He did not have a location to provide. More information about forthcoming units is still unknown.
