“Simply Capri brings the best of Italy's Amalfi Coast to Flamingo Crossing,” the minimalist website states, adding that the restaurant will serve “wood-fired pizza, house-made pastas, classic meat and seafood dishes” among other dishes. No opening date has been announced and no social media accounts yet exist.
The store will be run by Sarasota Seven, a subsidiary of E Step, which runs several Five Guys in the central Florida area, along with several local Subway stores.
